2、項目全過程管理能力。熟悉項目實施至交付運營的全過程管理,能洞察項目實施與運行過程中存在的風險,并能提出必要的控制方案,需具備工信部項目經理、信息系統項目管理師、pmp、ipmp、prince2證書的一種者優先

3、熟悉財務管理知識。財務知識主要包括財務核算、報表合并、預算管理三方面。

4、erp產品知識及實施技能。至少熟悉oracle 、 sap、用友、金蝶等集團管控領域模塊的1-2個以上erp軟件,需具備獨立的需求分析、藍圖設計、系統配置、編寫二次開發功能說明書、系統測試、用戶培訓、數據收集、權限設計、上線等系統實施技能。熟悉oracle、sqlserver等主流關系數據庫的基本操作。

5、熟悉財務知識,至少三年以上中大型主流軟件項目開發或實施管理的乙方實施顧問從業背景。至少有3個以上完整的主流管理軟件財務領域項目實施經驗,能夠獨立進行需求分析,藍圖設計,系統實現,系統上線,獨立實施項目。

6、熟悉集團合并、全面預算、風險管理、投資、資產管理等領域中的1-3個領域,具有大型企業甲方或乙方集團財務領域項目經驗優先。
