職責描述:
strategic planning on programs to drive growth to meet the target.
seek and development new services/segment;
maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships, to provide effective and efficient after-sale service to grow the business either in volume or service lines;
collect and report latest market information and competitor information;

honest, ethical and enthusiastic for sales work
excellent communication and presentation skill,
college degree and above.
excellent in both written and spoken english and chinese.
skilled use of ms office software.
第2篇 crm客戶營銷管理崗位職責
崗位職責:
1、負責淘寶內容,淘寶達人,微淘官方賬號內容編輯。
2、撰寫原創性文章,寫作方向以食品類、寵物類文章。
3、內容包括:選產品,選圖片和文案編輯等等
4、隨時配合淘寶的活動做相應的帖子內容;
5、根據后臺數據,及時調整內容及選品方向,有一定的數據分析能力。
任職要求:
1、大專及以上學歷,新聞、中文、傳播、廣告設計專業者優先。
1、90后,淘寶用戶且為淘寶重讀用戶。
2、熱愛時尚,愛逛淘寶,喜歡關注八卦花邊新聞,能夠迅速捕捉時尚熱點。
3、具備較強的文字功底,文筆生動有趣。
4、有文案編輯或美工經驗者優先
第3篇 crm客戶管理系統崗位職責
1.負責客戶關懷策略的具體實施;
2.負責對市場動態、技術發展動態、國家與地方政策變化趨勢的調研與分析;
3.負責查看客戶的分配及記錄,對客戶數據進行收集、歸類和維護的跟進,確保數據準確性和可跟蹤性,做好客戶查詢記錄,提供全面數據信息,以供營銷中心進行市場分析;
4.負責客戶滿意度調查問卷的設計與調查,及時處理客戶投訴和信息反饋,做好客戶的意見收集和客服各項檔案的管理;

任職資格:
