職位描述：

ai咨詢顧問管理培訓生計劃，針對2023年畢業碩士畢業生（211、985高校本科畢業生亦可）開放并量身定制的人才培養計劃。通過定制化培訓、一對一導師、輪崗歷練，為公司發展培養ai人工智能方向的管理咨詢顧問。
purpose， duties and responsibilities
1、協助負責上級按時完成相應的市場研究報告。
2、參與項目前期的客戶需求分析，執行上級主管指示完成項目。
3、參與負責項目進度與質量追蹤、控管，即時反應專案執行環節遭遇的問題，即時協調，確保如期完成項目要求。
4、負責與主管討論報告架構，提交報告所需的數據分析報表，驗收數據正確性。
5、完成項目相關資料的收集與整理，項目文件匯總與歸檔。
6、基本的客戶電話，郵件或當面溝通。
7、獨立解決客戶關于數據當中的問題。
8、負責跨部門協調以確保項目順利執行
9、推動跨業務、技術和人員的各環節的實施
10、將客戶需求及時、準確傳達至技術和產品團隊，確保在時效內得到回復且驗證合理性
11、作為的咨詢專家，協助首席顧問深入理解和分析客戶的業務特色及痛點；
12、上級安排的其他工作。
responsibilities：
1、碩士及以上學歷，（211、985高校本科畢業生亦可），市場營銷、統計學、數學、計算機、社會學等專業畢業。
2、具有數據敏感度、快速學習能力，分析能力論證能力；熱衷于咨詢行業深入發展職業規劃。
3、分析、驗證能力強，優秀的語言表達能力和演講能力
4、邏輯思維能力強，能快速進行信息收集、分析、歸納、總結
5、人際溝通能力、出色的談判技巧和公關能力
6、具備統計學基礎知識，擅長ppt報告撰寫、定性、定量研究知識。
第2篇 customer complaint management

handle customer inquiries and complaints， actively improve the customer handling process and enhance the procedure of the dealers in order to achieve higher customer satisfaction
task description
?maintain a database to monitor， update and follow up customer inquiries and complaints from the markets
?actively improve the customer handling process and enhance the procedures
?coordinate with the legal counsel， cro at central hq and the dealers on product liability matters
?meet， discuss and negotiate if necessary with customer
?assist and handle special projects
?coordinate field service activities and related matters
職位要求：
qualification required
?automotive background is not a must but preferred
?experience in customer communications and handling
?excellent oral and written skills (in chinese and english) with sound problem solving abilities
?computer literate with microsoft excel， word， e-mail and web
?receptive to foreign culture and environment
?degree/higher diploma in business administration or equivalent higher education
?experience in customer service， preferably with automotive background in aftersales
?successful completion of a recognized training course in business writing and communications skills
