職責描述：
1. be responsible for raw material ncm analysis， push supplier improve through quality management tooling & 8d tooling， evaluate the action effectiveness， follow and close ncmr
負責跟蹤進料檢驗、生產過程、以及客戶反饋等涉及到供應商物料不良的整改，推動供應商8d質量改善；評估供應商措施有效性，并最終跟蹤關閉。
