kemira tc wanfeng is a new established joint venture between kemira europe oy and shandong tiancheng wanfeng chemical technology co., ltd. the total investment of the company shall be rmb 900,000,000, and the registered capacity is rmb 300,000,000. the main products include phosgene, facl, akd wax, pac, hcl, calcium chloride etc.
we are looking for a software engineer who will be based in yanzhou kemira tc wanfeng, reporting to engineering manager.

what you need:
key accountabilities:
? daily responsibilities include solutions, implementation and support to production and engineering maintenance teams.
? the daily maintenance of control systems, networks, access security, backups and updates.
? collating and evaluation of process data for process improvements, eg. quality, yield, efficiency, throughput, batch recording, deviations, interruptions, fault finding, enhancing loop tuning and reduction of process down time.
? strict adherence and enforcement of documentation: security, moc, sis, backups and process flow sequences.
? up keep and maintain safety instrumented systems (sis).
? support and involvement in site projects to ensure standard software/programming/operating structure and system architecture.
? drive the awareness of control system security and involve industrial communication team (ics): incident reports and communication with kemira management and global it team.
? follow kemira’s guidelines, safety, health and environmental standards.
qualifications:
? education background: bachelor in one of the following disciplines: computer science, electronics, e&i automation, process engineering and process automation.
? at least 5+ years work experience in chemical, pharmaceutical or food industries.
? must have proven experience with any of the following dcs systems: abb, honeywell, emerson, supcon, hollysys and siemens.
? shall have proven experience in design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions of dcs systems, plc, hmi, scada for batch and continuous plants.
? sound knowledge of data collection of process information, eg. pi.
? must have a sound knowledge of industrial control systems and network security
? proven track record in the daily maintenance of control systems
? must have a good working knowledge in english
? good practical and theoretical knowledge of electrical and instrument automation. be able to attack problems from the root source and in a theoretical stand point of view.
? good team approach player, communication, presentation and leadership
