安全環境工程師崗位職責
健康安全環境工程師 上海賽飛 上海賽飛航空線纜制造有限公司，賽飛 main function responsibilities and activities / 本職位的主要責任以及職能:
system requirements /系統要求:
-create the system and ensure full compliance to applicable eh&s system requirements for iso 14001 and ohsas 18001 as applicable by the company /創建達到iso 14001以及ohsas 18001在eh&s領域的要求，并且確保此系統適用于全公司。
-ensure all applicable msds’s required are obtained and properly maintained /確保達到使用的msds的要求并且進行恰當維護。
-create， perform and deploy personnel eh&s training /創立，執行，并且部署人事eh&s培訓工作。
-other duty assigned by managers / 完成領導交辦的其他工作。
facility and installations protection /設備設施的防護:
-manage internal and external personnel security system and access and control in coordination with hr departments /與公司人力資源部門合作，控制管理公司內部與外部人員門禁安保安全系統。
-ensure facilities and installations meets the hs&e applicable requirements /確保公司的設施設備達到公司hs&e的可適用要求。
-investigate risky/hazardous situations or events that may occur at the installations /調查公司所配備裝置設施可能出現的風險或事故。
-follow up to incidents and accidents within the facilities /跟蹤公司內部事件事故的進展。
-follow up lack of hs&e and related procedures follow up incidents /跟進hs&e的不足之處，跟蹤事故的處理。
-ensure compliance to finance and customs regulations about security /確保安全方面遵從財務以及海關規章制度。
-control and follow up to fire detection and protection system /掌控與跟進火災探測器與保護系統。
industrial security and hygiene /工業安全與衛生:
-create and coordinate health and safety commission and related activities /創立健康安全相關委員會，協調相關活動。
-perform periodic audits to detect and correct unsafe conditions and acts /定期進行審計工作，檢查并且糾正不安全行為以及不安全狀態。
-follow up to security programs looking to prevent accidents and work related diseases /跟進安全項目，預防事故以及工作可能引起的疾病。
-attention to inspections and visits of government and other third parties related to eh&s /接待h&s領域相關的政府部門與其他第三方。
-coordinate and control related studies， monitoring and risk analysis /整合與控制相關研究，監控與風險評估。
-determine and ensure applicable ppe will be provided to all required personnel /確保合適的ppe提供給了所有被要求持有的人員。
-verify and ensure compliance to legal and system requirements /核實，確保符合與法律及系統要求相統一。
-coordinate emergency response (evacuation drills， first aid， etc.)/協調人員進行應急響應演習 (緊急撤離、急救，等)。
-investigation of work incidents and accidents /調查工作中出現的事故。
environment /環境:
-verify compliance to legal environmental and follow up to requirements /確保遵循環境相關法律，跟進相關要求。
-ensure adequate handling of hazardous and not hazardous residues /確保對危險或非危險殘余物的充分處理。
-coordinate and control over studies， monitoring and analysis of contaminants /整合以及控制對污染物的研究，監控以及分析。
-obtain and maintain necessary permits related to eh&s to be able to operate /確保獲取，維護eh&s相關的必要許可證，并確保其執行。
-attentions to inspectors and visits of government and other third parties in environmental matter /關注政府部門以及其他第三方與環境相關的檢查與參觀。
required skills and experience / 本職位所要求的技能及經歷:
a. educational qualifications /教育資格
-bachelor degree from college or university in a related field /相關領域的大學學士學位證書。
b. work experience - technical knowledge /工作經歷-專業知識
-at least 3 years of experience in aerospace industry or equivalent in similar position /至少擁有三年從事航空或者相關領域的工作。
-certification of environmental management systems iso14001 and ohsas 18001， etc. /熟悉iso14001以及ohsas 18001環境管理系統認證。
-certified internal auditor on management systems /獲得管理系統內部審計師認證。
-fluent english speaking /英語口語流利。
c. professional skills /專業技能
-project management /曾擔當項目經理。
-ms office and planning tools proficiency /能熟練運用辦公軟件與設計工具。
-manufacturing environment related skills and experience /具備與生產環境相關的技術與經驗。
安全環境工程師崗位
第2篇 安全環境工程師崗位職責
職責描述:
1、根據國家安全生產及環境保護的法律法規和技術要求來開展日常運轉工作;
2、監督、組織公司各職能部門在生產經營活動中有關安全環保方面工作的實施,使公司各職能部門從事各項生產、實驗、研發及經營等活動所帶來的對員工及環境的影響降至最低,積極參與各項環保工程的改造項目,以保證其符合國家標準;
3、維護及更新執行公司相關安全、健康、環境文件、規定制度,進行定期的安全檢查及整改處理,對員工進行安全教育、訓練實施及記錄管理;
4、工傷及安全事故處理及再發放之對策,勞防用品配置、更新及使用監督。
任職要求:
1、大專或本科學歷、安全環境、工程類相關專業;
2、二年以上相關行業工作經驗;
3、具有安全工程師任職資質,熟悉國家安全法律法規以及當地環保政策,責任心強,態度認真;
4、了解iso14001,ohsas18001等相關知識;
5、良好的溝通能力和英語表達能力。
