第1篇 功能安全工程師職位描述與崗位職責任職要求
職責描述：
1.負責安全分析創建安全目標和其屬性，并與oem進行功能安全目標溝通；
2.負責功能安全設計、開發、驗證指導；
3.負責功能安全概念和技術安全需求的編寫；
4.支持功能安全評估以確保滿足功能安全；
5.在功能安全方面評估供應商并支持供應商的功能安全活動；
6.編寫安全檔案并提交給客戶；
7.支持系統、硬件和軟件的開發執行明確的安全策略并建立功能安全的實現細節以及相關測試以滿足iso26262的標準要求；
8.根據a-spice的要求，建議公司的研發成熟度體系流程，負責對項目進行支持，監督項目開發和測試的運作，保證最終產品能滿足a-spice的體系要求，檢查項目的架構和流程，發現對照a-spice的差距項監督和指導差距項的過程改進。
職位要求：
本科及以上學歷，電子或相關技術；
5年以上汽車電子產品工作經驗，擁有iso26262和a-spice成功實施的經驗，擁有公司內外部軟件過程審計經驗；
熟悉功能安全設計專業知識與技能；熟悉功能安全相關標準如：iec61508，iso26262；熟悉功能安全管理流程及各階段的工作產品要求；熟悉a-spice，熟悉產品開發流程，方法，工具，軟件過程。
第2篇 嵌入式軟件開發工程師功能安全職位描述與崗位職責任職要求
職位描述：
1.負責產品安全生命周期開發階段功能安全工作的規劃和協調。

2.負責安全規劃的維持和安全活動過程的監督。
responsible for maintaining the safety
plan and monitoring the progress of the safety activities.
3.負責安全規劃內工作的細分和協調，及公司內的交流。

4.確保確認措施的執行，包括確認評論，功能安全審計和評估。

5.根據iso26262，評審并執行項目的系統安全計劃。

崗位要求：
position qualification:
1.本科及以上畢業，工程類相關專業。
bachelor/ master degree in relevant
engineering discipline.
2.五年以上汽車產品技術開發相關工作經驗。
5 years of experience in automotive
product development， with strong technical background.
3.兩年以上功能安全相關經驗，參與兩個以上項目的系統安全評估。
preferred two or more related working experience
in system safety work， and take part in system safety process for at least two
projects.
4.熟悉汽車電氣控制系統，及電氣功能。
well known of vehicle electrical control
system and related functions.
5.掌握iso26262， 具備iso26262高級功能安全認證者優先。

第3篇 高級功能安全軟件工程師架構師儀表或聚合數字座艙職位描述與崗位職責任職要求
職位描述：
responsibilities:
-analyze customer functional safety requirement
-propose technical safety concept on system level together with system manager
-create hsi (hardware software interface) together with hardware architects
-make sw safety strategies and participate in sw safety architect design
-implement some of functional safety components from sw side for in vehicle controllers or graphic controllers
-collaborate with global team (usa， germany， india， …) to fulfill common safety goals
-participate in functional safety activities and help safety manager to document sw safety tasks
-participate in agile/safe development activities
-make safety training to other software developers
technical requirements:
-bachelor/master in computer science， ee engineering， automation and similar area
-at least 5 years sw development experience in embedded products or sw tools
-good c/c++ programming skills
-experience with iso26262/functional safety in existing projects for safety related products (eps， steering， instrument cluster…)
-experienced in sw development under different os， for example embedded linux， rtos(qnx)， android
-familiar with some hmi/ui tools (e.g. qt， kanzi) is preferred
-experience with delivering/merging/baselining source code under svn， git， rtc， etc.
-familiar with script languages (e.g. shell， python…) is preferred
-be able to analyze/optimize system performance in function safety domain
-understanding on graphic rendering and knowledge in opengl is a plus
-knowledge/experience in system virtualization/hypervisor is a plus
-knowledge/experience in autosar is a plus
-english communication capability is a must， and fluent written/oral communication is preferred
-independent development capability and strong sense of responsibility
第4篇 safety sw engineer 功能安全軟件開發工程師職位描述與崗位職責任職要求
職位描述：
responsibilities:
review & clarify safety software requirements/solution
implement safety software according to coding guideline and iso26262 standard
implement and execute automatic unit tests and static code analysis
integrate software components
prepare relevant documentation
calibrate software to vehicle and electric motor
contribute to safety software integration tests， verify safety software functionality
requirements:
bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering or similar
3 years experience or more in embedded sw development
proficiency in c programming language
proficiency in debugging and testing embedded software
basic understanding of motor control and e-drive system
understand iso26262， experience in functional safety would be a plus.
