第2篇 出口退稅專員崗位職責

進料加工出口退稅專員 特雷克斯 特雷克斯(常州)機械有限公司,特雷克斯,特雷克斯 primary responsibilities/主要職責:

this role is responsible for all of the financial & tax work related to processing trade (‘pt’), including but not limited; daily transactions, export tax (process trade type) management, control, assistance to improve the export tax process, and assisting the management team to make sure the whole process is compliant with the company policy and government regulations. the major works are as follows:

1. responsible for export tax (process trade type) related work which includes; customs handbook registration / close out to tax authority, export tax filling, safe system management, help to maintain vendor master files, and other related issues. 負責出口退稅(進料加工)相關流程,包括海關手冊在稅務局的注冊/核銷,出口退稅申報, safe系統管理,幫助維護供應商名冊以及其它相關事宜。

2. responsible for compliant management in the export tax process. work with team members to make sure the whole process meets the requirements of both the company policy and government authorities. 負責出口退稅的合規工作,與團隊成員合作以確保整個流程符合公司的規定以及政府的要求。

3. responsible for month-end reconciliation of outstanding invoices with received original customs reports and assist ap team to expedite the process to handle ap transactions related to pt model. 負責月末未支付發票與海關報告對賬工作 / 協助ap團隊加快處理進料加工相關交易的過程。

4. perform periodical physical count on pt materials located in warehouse or 3pl. ensure the quantity of materials is accurately recorded and prepare reconciliation reports as required by management team and government regulation.能夠在公司或者第三方的倉庫進行盤點以確保材料數量能夠被準確的記錄,同時在管理團隊要求和符合政府規定的要求下,準備相應的對賬報告。

5. monitor pt inventory valuation level and identify and analysis impacts of customs duty reductions and tariff increases. 監控存貨情況,能夠及時辨別分析關稅減少和稅率增加的影響。

6. keep up to date on the accounting / tax / customs regulations related to pt and deliver training course to related team members when necessary. coordinate with relevant business departments to understand changes in payment requirements due to customs declaration methods changes. 實時更新進料加工方面的會計/稅/海關的法規并能夠對相關團隊成員進行培訓。當由于海關申報方式導致付款條件發生變化時,及時通知商務團隊。

7. performs other duties required by management. 完成管理層分配的其他事項。

qualifications required必需的資格:

1. bachelor degree with major in accounting / finance or other related. 會計/財務或其他相關經驗本科學歷

2. 3 year experience in export tax, processing trade expertise would be a plus.出口退稅3年工作經驗,有進料加工經驗優先

3. basic communication in both written and spoken english 能基本地用英語交流(包括書寫和口語)

4. good communication / interpersonal skills and team work spirit 有良好的交流溝通能力以及團隊合作精神

5. work under pressure and tight deadline jobs 能夠在壓力和有緊迫的期限內完成工作

6. familiar with pc and ms office 能夠熟練使用電腦以及office等軟件
